If you have forgotten your PIN, you may be able to use the PIN reactivation procedure to access your account. PIN reactivation is available if you have already set up for reactivation. You set up PIN reactivation by selecting three questions from a list and then entering the answers. During the reactivation process, you will be asked some of the questions. If your answers match, you will be allowed to login to the ROSI Alumni Transcripts service. To use the PIN reactivation setup process, click on the "PIN Reactivation" button on the login page.
If you have not set up your account for PIN reactivation and have forgotten your PIN and/or Student Number, please go to your Registrar's office or graduate department of the faculty/college/school in which you are currently registered or were most recently registered. If you enter your PIN incorrectly three times in succession, your access to the ROSI Alumni Transcripts service will be blocked for security reasons. You may re-establish access by completing the PIN reactivation procedure or by going to your Registrar's office or graduate department of the faculty/college/school in which you are currently registered or were most recently registered to have your PIN reset.
